The information behind a result, and why it never trains a model
A creation consists of the full information associated with a request, not only the finished image or video. This includes, without limitation, prompts, input and output images or videos, settings, template selections, task identifiers, status, timestamps, other metadata and links. Previews, thumbnails, derived files and copies belong to that same creation record.
We process this information to carry out the creative request and make its result available. Android's system Photo Picker lets you select photos for the request. Selecting one does not give Joybridge access to your whole photo library. Only provide material you have the rights and permissions to use, including any required permission for a person's likeness.
Photos and prompts can reveal personal or sensitive information. Avoid submitting private documents or confidential details that are unnecessary for the request. Check generated media before sharing it, including unexpected details and the interests of anyone whose information or image appears in it.
We do not use any user information to train AI models. This includes submitted material, results, prompts, settings and creation metadata, as well as app, transaction, support and other records associated with use of Joybridge. The commitment applies beyond media files.
Permission to process a request is limited to supplying the result and providing or protecting the service, including addressing a support or safety issue you raise. It does not authorize an AI training collection, unrelated publication of your private material or transfer of creative inputs and outputs to an outside AI generation provider.
The rights you already hold in your submissions remain yours. Rights in generated material depend on applicable law and any relevant template or licensed component. The Terms of Service describe those permissions and your responsibility to review a result before using it.
Self-hosted generation and a 24-hour maximum
Joybridge processes generation requests on self-hosted systems operated by us. Creative inputs and outputs are not sent to third-party AI generation providers. The word self-hosted describes our server infrastructure; it does not mean the request stays entirely on your phone or that generation is performed offline.
Processing visual material does not involve identifying people through facial recognition, extracting biometric identifiers or creating face identity profiles. A photograph of a face may still be personal information. It receives the same care and deletion limits as the other information associated with your creation.
Operational services have separate roles. Google Play handles its own store and billing functions, and other providers can assist with website delivery or communications. Adjust identifies installation sources using necessary technical identifiers and signals. We do not send Adjust creation information, support content or purchase events, and it does not perform AI generation for Joybridge.
The 24-hour period begins when an input upload starts. For a request with no upload, it begins when the prompt is submitted. All information associated with that request, including the output, is deleted by the same deadline. Completing generation or making another copy does not start another period.
Deletion reaches the full creation record throughout the systems we control and processors acting for us. That includes the content, settings, task information, metadata, associations and every copy in databases, logs, support or report attachments, caches and backups. The deadline is not limited to finished media or the generation server.
Independent user, accounting, payment, support, security or installation-attribution records may have separate reasons for retention. We remove creation content, metadata and links from those records by the creation's deadline. Keeping a necessary independent record cannot preserve the creative work or a connection back to it.
Download results you want to keep while they are available. Files you export to your own device or share outside our controlled systems are separate copies. Our deletion does not erase them from your device or another person's service; their handling is under your or that recipient's control.
Delete information or raise a concern
Joybridge requires no registration or login. You can request deletion of its app user record and associated information through Personal Settings or by emailing support@joybridge.cc, including when you cannot open the app. An available app or generation reference can help identify the records without sending unnecessary private material. Routine creation deletion does not depend on making a request.
If a result appears harmful or infringes someone's rights, open its creation detail page and use the report option. You can send the report inside Joybridge without leaving the app. You can also explain a concern to support by email. Include an available reference and relevant explanation rather than forwarding illegal content or unnecessary copies of personal material.
BACKPACK TALENT, L.L.C. operates this process for Joybridge: AI Video Generator. Our Privacy Policy explains other data, lawful purposes, disclosures, security, retention and your information rights. Support or reporting does not extend the original deadline for retaining a creation, including information attached to the correspondence.
