Joybridge · Service agreement

Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using Joybridge. They explain the permissions and responsibilities involved in creating with the app, making a purchase, managing your information and resolving a problem.

Chapter 1The agreement

1.1

The service, this agreement and deciding to proceed

Joybridge: AI Video Generator and https://www.joybridge.cc are provided by BACKPACK TALENT, L.L.C., whose address is 1403 E Lantern Ln, Draper, 84020-5610, United States. In this agreement, “Joybridge”, “we” and “us” refer to that company. “You” refers to the person using our website, app or related support. The agreement covers access to those services and the features we make available through them.

Joybridge is an Android app in development, with Google Play availability Coming soon. Its creative features are image-to-video, video templates and AI image generation. This website introduces those features and provides support and policy information. There is no live download link yet, and the website does not accept payments or run a generation request.

The description of a particular feature or paid offer may contain additional conditions, such as what is included and any important usage limits. Those conditions apply to the feature or purchase you select, together with these terms. Read them before proceeding. Supplementary conditions and later website edits cannot override mandatory legal protections or retrospectively remove an existing purchase right.

Review this agreement and the conditions presented for the feature or purchase you intend to use. When you accept through the app or an applicable checkout flow, acceptance concerns the terms presented there. If you disagree, do not proceed with the affected use or purchase. You can ask us to clarify an unclear provision before deciding.

Acceptance does not grant permission to train AI on user data, waive a right that cannot legally be waived, or replace a separate privacy or purchase consent. The processing permission remains limited to the purposes described, and payment authorizes the individual purchase shown. Retain relevant offer information and receipts if you may need to ask about that transaction later.

1.2

Who may use Joybridge, without a registered login

You need the legal capacity and any permission required to enter this agreement where you live. Follow the minimum-age requirements that apply under local law and the app's distribution platform. If the law permits use with a parent or guardian's agreement, obtain that agreement before using the app. These terms do not replace a requirement imposed by that law or platform.

If you act for an organization or another person, you must have authority to act for them and to submit their material. Access to someone else's device or files does not by itself give you rights over their photographs, likeness, private information or intellectual property. Check that your intended use is covered by the permission you hold.

Use must comply with the laws and marketplace restrictions that apply to you. Do not use a feature in a place or circumstance where it is prohibited, or conceal information to evade an applicable restriction. A website being accessible does not promise that every feature, payment option or release is offered in every location.

You do not need to register or sign in to Joybridge. The app can have user identifiers and service records associated with its use, but these are not a registered login. A Google account used to download an app or pay through Google Play is managed separately by Google. We do not need its password or authentication codes.

Look after the device and app access under your control. When describing a support or purchase problem, give an honest account of what happened and a correct order reference if available. If you do not know a detail, say so. That request concerns investigating real service and payment issues; it does not require fictional prompts or imaginative creative material to depict real events.

Deleting local storage, reinstalling the app or moving to another device can affect saved files and the information that connects app use to an earlier session. Keep exported results and purchase references that you need. Ask support about missing or suspected unauthorized paid access instead of assuming that clearing the app will recover it or resolve a charge.

Chapter 2Creating with Joybridge

2.1

Your source material, generated work and our permission

You retain the rights you already hold in the images, prompts, instructions and other material you submit. Before submitting it, make sure you have permission for the intended use. Depending on the material, this can involve copyright, privacy, confidentiality and permission to use a person's likeness. Possessing a photo does not necessarily include every right needed to alter or publish it.

You are responsible for reviewing a generated result before downloading, publishing, sharing or relying on it. AI can introduce unexpected details, defects or similarities to another work. A request being accepted or a result being produced is not a legal clearance of the input or output, and it does not confirm another person's consent.

Whether AI-generated content attracts copyright and which rights may be exercised depend on the law and the material involved. We do not promise exclusive results, legal rights that do not exist, or suitability for every commercial use. Respect any conditions attached to a supplied template or licensed component used in a result.

Do not present synthetic media as reliable evidence of an event or a person's actions when doing so would deceive others. Disclose artificial generation when the law, a publishing platform or the circumstances of use require it. Consider the context as well as the appearance of the media.

By submitting material, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, process, temporarily store and transmit it to fulfill the request and return the result. We may also handle it to address a support or safety issue you raise. The permission is restricted to providing, protecting and supporting Joybridge. It does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated publication of private material.

Generation takes place on our self-hosted systems. We do not pass creative inputs or outputs to third-party AI generation providers, and no user information is used to train AI models. All information associated with a creation is deleted within 24 hours from the start of its input upload, or from submitting the prompt when no upload is involved. The generated result shares that deadline; completing generation does not restart it.

The scope includes prompts, input and output images or videos, settings, template selections, task identifiers, status, timestamps, other metadata, links and every copy. It extends throughout our controlled systems and processors acting for us, including databases, logs, attachments, caches and backups. Necessary independent financial, support or security records cannot preserve creation content, metadata or associations beyond the deadline. Save a result externally if you want to keep it.

You may send ideas or feedback about Joybridge. We can consider and act on a suggestion without a payment obligation arising solely from its submission. This does not give us ownership of unrelated work or permission to reveal private information. Avoid including confidential third-party material in unsolicited feedback.

2.2

Content and conduct we do not allow

These limits apply to requests, source material, generated results and the way you use the service. Do not attempt to produce prohibited content, use a creation to carry out unlawful conduct or help someone bypass a protection. Permission to use an image is not permission to subject the person shown to exploitation, deception or abuse.

  • Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or pornography intended for sexual gratification.
  • Do not threaten or harass people, promote hateful abuse or violent extremism, encourage self-harm, or promote serious harm against individuals or groups.
  • Do not facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive impersonation or identity abuse, fabricate documents or evidence to mislead people, or deliberately deceive others about civic processes.
  • Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other legal rights. Obtain the necessary likeness permissions and do not expose someone's private information without a lawful basis.
  • Do not introduce malware, seek unauthorized access, disrupt another person's use, overload infrastructure or carry out security testing without permission.
  • Do not bypass safeguards, payment controls or usage limits, manipulate transaction or entitlement records, or resell service access without authorization.
  • Do not systematically extract service information, remove proprietary notices or reverse engineer protected software or non-public systems, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.

Use the report option on the relevant creation's detail page to flag a concerning result without leaving Joybridge. Email support is also available, including when the app cannot be opened. Describe the issue and provide an available reference instead of forwarding illegal content or unnecessary private material. Reports help us investigate and determine an appropriate response.

2.3

What AI results can and cannot promise

Generation is probabilistic. Repeating a request may produce a different result, and a result can contain inaccuracies, visual defects, unwanted details or similarity to other work. An accepted request does not promise a precise style, an original composition, factual reliability or a successful commercial outcome. Review the output in the context in which you intend to use it.

The website's concept artwork illustrates creative ideas. It is not a screenshot of a released interface or proof that the app produced that exact result, and it does not guarantee identical results for users. Review the description of a paid feature and its conditions before buying it, rather than treating an illustration as a complete specification.

AI limitations do not exclude legal standards for digital content and services. Where applicable, content must match its description and required quality standards, and services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill. Available remedies for a failure to meet those standards, such as correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund, remain available when required by law.

2.4

Privacy, information handling and removing your records

Read the Privacy Policy and AI Data Privacy page alongside this agreement. They explain what information is processed, why it is needed, relevant disclosures, retention, safeguards and your rights. Accepting service terms is not a substitute for a separate consent required by data-protection law, and it does not waive the privacy protections that apply to you.

Private creative material is handled for the disclosed service purposes. It is not licensed for unrelated publication or for AI training. Necessary operational and legally required disclosures are explained in the Privacy Policy. The creation-data deadline continues to apply across our systems and processors; keeping an independent operational record does not justify retaining a creation within it.

Joybridge does not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identifiers. A face in a photograph can nevertheless be personal information. Android's system Photo Picker lets you choose which photos to make available, rather than giving the app access to your entire library. Supply only material you may lawfully use, and leave out unnecessary sensitive or confidential details.

You can request deletion through the option in Personal Settings or by emailing support@joybridge.cc. Both routes apply to Joybridge's app user record and associated information; neither requires a registered login. Email is available if you cannot use the app. We ask only for details reasonably needed to locate the records and verify your authority to remove them.

Save any results you want before requesting deletion. Once data has been erased, it cannot be recovered from the deleted record. A copy already downloaded to your device or shared outside our controlled systems is separate and is not remotely removed by this process. Your Google account and Google's own payment records also remain under its separate control.

Deletion covers the full creation information, not just finished media. Independent records may be required for accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations, but creation content, metadata and links are removed from them. Those exceptions do not extend a creation's deadline or permit ordinary continued use of a user record that should be erased.

Requesting deletion does not automatically reverse a purchase or begin a refund claim. You may ask about a payment at the same time, without first resolving it as a condition of deletion. Support distinguishes the information that must be removed from any independent record that has a justified retention purpose.

Chapter 3Software and services

3.1

Rights in Joybridge and the mobile software

The software, models, website design, app interface, brand names, logos, documentation and other materials supplied as part of Joybridge are protected by intellectual-property laws. The relevant rights belong to us or their licensors. Receiving access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials or turn the underlying technology into your property.

You have limited, non-exclusive permission to use the service for its intended functions, subject to this agreement and the conditions of the feature you choose. That permission does not include selling the service as your own product, granting other people access under your own brand, or licensing our software or trademarks to someone else.

Preserve copyright and ownership notices. Unless permission or applicable law allows it, do not copy, distribute or commercially exploit the service's protected materials separately from authorized app use. A component may have its own license, which governs rights expressly granted for that component. These restrictions concern the service; they do not by themselves prevent an authorized export of your creative work.

You may install and use an authorized release on a compatible device you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the store's rules. This permission is non-exclusive and does not allow you to redistribute or sublicense the app. The fact that a copy is technically obtainable does not establish that it is an authorized release.

Do not rent, sell, repackage or alter the app itself without permission, or remove its security measures or ownership notices. This restriction does not displace a right that applicable law expressly protects or a separate license that permits a particular activity for an included component. Exercise any such right within its lawful scope.

You arrange your device, supported operating system, internet access and any required Google Play services. Your network provider's charges remain your responsibility. Security and compatibility may require updates. Refer to the official distribution information for the requirements of an available version; the website does not promise compatibility with every device or operating-system release.

3.2

Independent stores and operational providers

Google Play provides its own distribution and payment services. Operational providers may also assist with website delivery and communications. Joybridge uses Adjust solely to identify installation sources through necessary technical identifiers and installation signals. We do not send it creation data, support content or purchase events. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved and your choices.

These roles are distinct from creative generation. Joybridge's generation infrastructure is self-hosted, and creative inputs and outputs are not sent to an outside AI generation provider. An operational provider's involvement does not give it a separate permission to use your creative material beyond the service purposes and limits described in our notices.

External websites and stores have their own terms, privacy practices and decisions. We do not control their availability or endorse every statement merely by providing a link. We remain responsible for our own obligations and cannot transfer those obligations away simply by using a provider.

If we display another provider's information or offer, check who supplies it and the conditions attached. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, that provider is responsible for its own offer, while our descriptions and commitments remain subject to consumer law. Participation does not supply consent for unrelated marketing or tracking.

3.3

Updates and availability

Operation may be interrupted by maintenance, security work, compatibility changes, network conditions or events outside our reasonable control. Legal and marketplace requirements can also require changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every device, browser and operating-system version will support every feature. Check the requirements of the release available to you.

We may develop or change features, or discontinue them, for legitimate product or operational reasons. If a change materially affects a benefit you have already paid for, we provide the notice and options required by your purchase agreement and applicable law. Urgent legal or security circumstances may require action before advance notice can be given.

A service change does not relieve us of the duty to address an unfulfilled paid obligation. If we cannot provide an agreed benefit, contact support about an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue and your rights, that may mean restoring the benefit, ending the affected purchase or refunding the relevant payment. We cannot use a general right to update the app to disregard mandatory consumer protections.

3.4

Limiting or ending access

You may stop using Joybridge whenever you wish. We may refuse an affected request or restrict, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, non-payment for the benefit concerned, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Any action must be proportionate to the issue it addresses.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain a restriction and provide a way to contact support if you believe it is mistaken. Urgent measures can be needed before notice is possible. Details may be limited when revealing them would undermine security or violate law, but that does not create an unrestricted right to ignore a valid purchase or complaint.

If your permission to use an affected service ends, stop accessing it. Obligations concerning existing transactions, rights in material, justified record retention and unresolved claims continue where needed for their purpose. Ending access does not lengthen the creation-data retention window or remove a privacy, refund or other right protected by law.

Chapter 4Purchases

4.1

Price, benefits and separate purchase decisions

The app displays prices and purchase conditions; this website does not publish a price list or take payments. A feature being described here does not mean it is supplied without charge. Before confirming a purchase, review its price, currency, applicable taxes, included benefit and important limits. Pay only with a method you are authorized to use.

The offer explains what the payment provides and any conditions that affect its use. Do not assume a particular duration, quantity of results or other benefit that has not been stated for that offer. The charge and usage conditions applicable to a paid action are shown before you choose to proceed. These terms do not create a separate package or paid plan.

Google Play's checkout, payment verification and transaction rules apply to purchases handled through its billing system. Keep the order reference and the offer information so that a missing benefit or incorrect charge can be investigated. We do not need your full payment-card details, Google password or access to your payment account to begin a support enquiry.

Joybridge purchases are one-time transactions. Your confirmation authorizes the purchase presented at that checkout, not a continuing permission for later charges. A later paid choice requires its own purchase decision. Carefully check the selected offer and amount before confirming so that the receipt corresponds to what you intended to buy.

Completing payment entitles you to the benefit described for that transaction, subject to its disclosed conditions. It does not transfer ownership of the app or promise access beyond the purchased benefit. A subsequent change to an advertised offer does not retrospectively change a completed purchase. Any necessary correction must take account of the transaction and applicable consumer protections.

If payment appears incomplete or the benefit is missing, check the available receipt and ask support about the order. Do not assume that repeating a purchase is needed to resolve the problem. Removing the app or its user record does not reverse a completed payment. Use the purchase-help route to explain an unexpected charge, duplicate payment or request for a refund.

4.2

Refunds and changes to paid entitlements

Contact us about an unfamiliar or duplicate charge, missing paid access, a feature that failed or another purchase concern. The Refund Policy explains the available routes, including Google's review process for Google Play transactions. Eligibility and the appropriate remedy depend on what was purchased, what went wrong, store rules and the legal protections that apply to you.

When an approved refund or payment reversal is confirmed by the store, we reconcile the corresponding transaction and entitlement. Benefits supplied by the refunded purchase may be corrected or withdrawn. The adjustment must relate to that transaction and cannot be used to remove unrelated purchases or statutory remedies. Ask support if the confirmed payment outcome and the app's record do not agree.

We may investigate evidence of deliberate payment manipulation or refund abuse and take proportionate protective action. A genuine refund request, good-faith disagreement or challenge to an incorrect decision is not itself misuse. Digital delivery does not make every purchase non-refundable, and these terms do not prevent a remedy the law requires.

4.3

Protections that depend on your location

The nature of a purchase and where you live can give you mandatory rights concerning digital-content quality, service conformity, warranties, withdrawal and refunds. Applicable United States federal and state protections, and the consumer laws of the country where you live, remain available when they govern the transaction. A conflicting contractual statement cannot take them away, and store policies may provide additional benefits.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, beginning digital supply during that period can affect the right only under the relevant legal conditions. Required information, a request for early supply, express consent or acknowledgment of its effect are addressed at purchase where required. Browsing this website or accepting general service terms is not itself a waiver of that right.

If a feature is faulty, incorrectly described or not supplied as agreed, we consider the protections applicable to that problem. A store's ordinary discretionary refund deadline does not automatically end a statutory claim. Describe the issue to support or use the relevant store route so that the circumstances and the appropriate remedy can be assessed.

Chapter 5Responsibility and disputes

5.1

Responsibility when loss occurs

We are responsible for breaches of our contractual duties and for loss or damage to the extent applicable law makes us responsible. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over inconsistent wording.

The relevant legal rules determine recoverable loss, including applicable requirements about causation and reasonable foreseeability. General descriptions of AI uncertainty or possible interruptions do not excuse us from supplying what was agreed or considering a valid claim. We do not treat those descriptions as a blanket waiver of responsibility.

Your own decisions about uploading, publishing and relying on material remain your responsibility. Take reasonable precautions, including checking results and saving exports you need. We do not assume responsibility for loss caused solely by misuse beyond our control or an independent publication decision merely because the app was used. Our responsibility remains where our conduct contributed to the loss.

Joybridge does not guarantee revenue, audience growth or profits from creative work. If you use it for business, evaluate those commercial decisions yourself, subject to any specific agreement and protections that the law requires. These terms do not impose a fixed monetary cap that would displace such protections.

5.2

When another person raises a claim

A complaint about submitted or published material may involve copyright, privacy, likeness or another right. You are responsible for your own unlawful conduct and any liability that applicable law places on you. We may request relevant information or evidence of permission to understand the complaint and protect the people whose rights may be affected.

If deliberate unlawful conduct or a material breach by you causes a valid claim against us, we may seek recovery only for loss the law allows us to recover from you. There is no unlimited duty to defend us or pay every allegation arising around the app. You are not required to cover losses caused by our own breach or wrongdoing.

An allegation alone does not establish that a violation occurred. Contact support if you think a restriction was mistaken, describing your connection to the issue and an available reference. Avoid sending illegal material or unnecessary private information. Investigating a claim does not extend the deadline for keeping creation content, metadata or associations.

5.3

Governing law and resolving a disagreement

Write to support@joybridge.cc with a description and any available relevant transaction or service reference if you want us to review an issue. An informal discussion can help resolve a problem, but is not a requirement to waive another remedy. Contacting us does not suspend a legal filing deadline or prevent you using a store process, regulator or court when entitled to do so.

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This choice does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live, and our Utah address does not take away local rights that apply to your transaction. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or an exclusive court, or take away access to a competent court made available by law.

A store's own review route may be relevant to a complaint about its decision. Information-related requests and complaints follow the Privacy Policy. Using a lawful complaints process or seeking a regulator's assistance does not amount to misuse of Joybridge or a breach of this agreement.

Chapter 6Administrative terms

6.1

Trade restrictions, notices and receipts

Observe export-control, sanctions and other trade restrictions that legally apply to your use of the software and service. Do not use Joybridge for a prohibited transfer or transaction, or enable access for a person or destination when doing so would be unlawful. These obligations apply alongside the content and technical-use restrictions in this agreement.

We may limit access when necessary to comply with an applicable legal restriction. Do not evade one through another identity, device or intermediary. A website being reachable does not establish that a particular regulated use or transfer is permitted. The relevant legal rules, rather than technical accessibility, govern that question.

We may communicate service information in the app, on this website or through a support conversation you initiate. A store or payment provider may issue its own purchase receipts and notices. Save copies of important offer conditions, confirmations and correspondence so you can refer to the information that applied to a transaction.

Electronic records may document an agreement or deliver a notice when the law permits. We provide a different form of notice when applicable law requires it. Service communications do not themselves authorize advertising or unrelated promotional messages. Agreement to these terms is not a replacement for consent needed for marketing, tracking or another optional use of personal information.

6.2

Reading and applying the agreement

These terms, relevant feature and purchase conditions and the linked policies describe the arrangements for the service. They do not discard binding information supplied before a purchase or eliminate rights that the law protects. A reference to a privacy notice explains information handling and does not manufacture consent that must be obtained separately.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent the law permits. A delay in enforcing a right is not a promise never to exercise it or a waiver of a later breach. The provisions should be read together with the mandatory-rights protections set out throughout this agreement.

You may not transfer permission to operate or resell the service without authorization. If a business transfer or successor takes over an agreement, existing obligations, privacy rights and mandatory consumer protections must be respected. We provide notice where required and do not use a transfer to reduce a consumer's rights without a lawful basis.

6.3

Changes to the terms and contact details

We may revise the agreement to reflect changes in the service, operations or legal requirements. The date displayed with the document identifies the current version. A material update is communicated with the notice and fresh agreement required by law. A new webpage does not retrospectively erase an agreed purchase benefit or authorize a new information use requiring separate consent.

The operator is BACKPACK TALENT, L.L.C., 1403 E Lantern Ln, Draper, 84020-5610, United States. Contact support@joybridge.cc with questions about these terms, a feature, a transaction or your information. A short explanation and relevant available reference help us understand the request. Our support page describes useful details and information, such as passwords and full payment credentials, that should not be sent.
