Chapter 1Joybridge and your information
Who we are and how this notice is kept current
Joybridge: AI Video Generator and https://www.joybridge.cc are operated by BACKPACK TALENT, L.L.C. You can write to us at 1403 E Lantern Ln, Draper, 84020-5610, United States or contact support@joybridge.cc about privacy. References to Joybridge, “we” and “us” in this policy refer to that operator. We decide the purposes and handling described here and act as the controller where applicable data protection law uses that term.
This notice covers the website, the Android app, its image-to-video, video-template and AI-image tools, purchases, and contact with our team. The app is in development and has no public Google Play download link yet. The app sections explain information handling when the relevant functions become available and you use them. The website itself supplies product information and policies; it does not accept payment or carry out a generation request.
We use personal information to mean information identifying a person or reasonably linkable to a person or device. A name is not required: a device reference, a recognizable image or a support message can fall within that definition. Different records have different purposes and lifetimes, which this policy explains separately.
A privacy notice explains our handling; reading it does not grant permission for every possible use of information. Separate permission, consent or additional information is provided when the relevant activity requires it. Our Terms of Service do not replace those privacy choices.
The date displayed with this policy identifies its version. We update the notice when changes to the app, information handling, operational arrangements or applicable requirements call for a revision, and keep it aligned with how Joybridge handles information.
Material changes receive additional notice where required. If a proposed purpose needs new consent or another legal step, publishing a revised page does not replace it. An update does not authorize incompatible reuse of information or disregard of an existing retention commitment.
Your available rights and choices continue to apply. Keep a copy of important notices or correspondence for your records, and contact us if you need help understanding the version or handling relevant to an issue. Independent providers maintain their own notices; a change to this page does not itself revise the policies of Google Play, Adjust or another service.
From selected material to a generated result
For photo input, Android's system Photo Picker lets you choose the images made available to Joybridge. Selecting a photo provides the material for your request; it does not give the app access to the entire photo library. The chosen input is uploaded so the requested creative processing can take place. Selecting material on your phone and processing it on a server are different stages.
Generation runs on self-hosted systems under our operation. We do not send creative inputs or outputs to an external AI generation provider. Self-hosted describes the generation infrastructure we operate; it does not mean every request is processed on your phone or without a server connection. Operational providers used for other purposes are explained in the sharing and attribution sections.
We do not perform facial recognition, identify a person from a face, extract biometric identifiers or build face-identity profiles. A photograph or generated result can nevertheless contain personal information about an identifiable person. The presence of a face receives the same privacy protection and retention limits as other creation information.
No user information is used to train AI models. This includes prompts, inputs, outputs, associated task information and metadata, as well as app identifiers, diagnostics, attribution, purchase information, support messages and reports. Processing material to fulfill a request or examine a problem does not authorize training on that information.
All information associated with a creation has a maximum 24-hour lifetime beginning at the start of its input upload, or at prompt submission when there is no upload. The full removal scope is set out below. Save an available result if you want to keep a copy, and check it before using or sharing it: generated content can reveal unexpected information or contain errors.
The 24-hour limit and other record lifetimes
For each creation, the maximum retention period is 24 hours. Time starts when the input upload begins, or when the prompt is submitted if the request involves no upload. Every input, output and associated item shares that original deadline. Completing generation, changing a task's status or producing another copy does not create another retention period.
Removal covers the complete creation information defined above. It includes prompts, input and output media, settings, parameters, template choices, task identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata, associations and copies. The rule applies throughout our controlled systems and processors acting on our behalf, including databases, object storage, logs, support or report attachments, previews, thumbnails, caches and backups.
A record cannot preserve creation information by changing its label or moving it into a different system. Support, reporting, security, legal or accounting needs do not extend the creation deadline. Independent records may remain only for a necessary purpose after the creation content, associated details and links have been removed. Removing a task does not automatically remove a separate purchase history or benefit.
- Independent app-user and preference records remain while necessary to administer app use, then are deleted following a valid request or when no longer needed. Any reference or relationship connecting those records to a particular creation is removed by that creation's deadline.
- Independent purchase and financial records remain for verifying purchases, reconciling benefits, handling refunds or disputes, and meeting applicable tax or accounting duties. Their required purpose and legal obligations determine the period; they cannot retain a creation's media, metadata or associations beyond its deadline.
- Independent support and reporting records remain as needed to resolve a matter, document the response or handle a related dispute. Creation content, attachments containing it and references to the work are removed on the original schedule even when the support matter is still open.
- Independent technical and security records remain for necessary diagnosis, reliability, abuse prevention or an associated investigation. The issue and the ongoing need determine their period. Any creation information embedded in a log or investigation record is still deleted by the creation deadline.
- Independent attribution records remain for the installation-source purpose, applicable Adjust arrangements, valid privacy requests and relevant legal duties. They contain no creation information. Their purpose-based retention is separate from the short lifetime of a creative request.
When an independent record is no longer necessary, we erase it or make it genuinely anonymous. Restricted backup handling for such a record must be limited to its justified purpose. It cannot keep or restore deleted creation information. We consider the record's function, whether an issue is resolved, valid requests and applicable obligations when determining the appropriate period.
A file that you save to your device or independently share is outside our controlled service systems. That copy is not removed when we delete the creation, and you or its recipient are responsible for its subsequent handling. Joybridge is not a permanent archive from which an erased result can later be retrieved.
Chapter 2Records and how they are used
The information involved in using Joybridge
Some information comes from your deliberate choices, such as selecting an image, giving creative instructions, making a purchase or reporting a result. Other records arise from your device communicating with our website or app systems. Google Play provides information needed to administer its transactions, and Adjust processes the source-attribution signals described later in this notice.
- Creation information covers everything associated with a particular creative request, including, without limitation, its prompt; input images or videos where supplied; output images or videos; generation parameters, settings and template choices; task identifiers, status and timestamps; related metadata; and associations with other records. It includes previews, thumbnails, derived files, copies, caches and backups. A record does not fall outside this category merely because it describes a creation instead of containing the finished media.
- App and installation information includes relevant user or installation identifiers, preferences and records of the access available to you. These support operation without a registered login. A creation's task reference or another link stored alongside an app-user record is still creation information and follows the creation's deletion deadline, even if the independent user record has a different legitimate purpose.
- Payment and purchase information includes order or transaction references, purchased products, dates, verification or receipt information, payment or refund status and the corresponding benefit. We receive relevant information from Google Play to validate and deliver purchases or investigate an issue. Google processes its checkout and payment information separately. Do not send us a full card number or credentials for the account used to pay.
- Support and report information includes the concern you describe, correspondence, an email address when you email us, available app or order references, and screenshots or attachments you choose to supply. Reports may contain a creation reference and information explaining the concern. Creation content, task details and related information inside a message or attachment retain the same creation deadline as the original request.
- Service and technical information includes IP addresses, device or browser characteristics, app and operating-system versions, request times, page or feature interactions, error details, diagnostics and relevant service or security logs. These records help deliver and protect the service. Any portion associated with a particular creation, including metadata or links, remains subject to that creation's removal rules.
- Attribution information includes the permitted technical signals needed to determine an installation's source. Depending on availability and applicable choices, these can include device or advertising identifiers, referrer or channel information, IP address, version information, and installation, first-open or session signals. The Adjust section explains their limited purpose and the distinction from creative content.
You control which creative material and optional support attachments you submit. Avoid including unrelated personal information about yourself or someone else. Information can be personal even when it appears incidentally in the background of an image or in an explanation of a problem.
How records exist without a login
Joybridge does not require registration or sign-in. You do not create a Joybridge password or connect a social-network login. The app can still use an app-user or installation identifier, preferences and service records to deliver a request, identify the relevant paid access or help resolve a problem. Those records are associated with use of the app rather than a separately registered login profile.
When Personal Settings refers to account deletion, the action concerns these app-user records and their associated information. It does not imply that you previously registered an email address or password. Information linked to an installation can remain personal information, so using Joybridge without signing in does not remove the protections and choices described in this policy.
The Google account used with Google Play is administered by Google. A purchase through that store does not create a Joybridge login. Removing our app-user data does not close the Google account or erase independent store records that Google handles under its own responsibilities. We do not ask for your Google password or verification codes to deal with a request.
If you contact us, an available app-user, task or order reference can help find the correct records. You may explain what happened even if you have lost that reference. We ask for only the additional information reasonably needed to identify the matter and protect another person's data, without requiring you to create a new login.
Why we use these records
Information is handled for a specific service or operational need. Supplying an image for a creative request does not provide unrestricted permission to reuse it. The following purposes remain subject to the restrictions on AI training, access and deletion throughout this notice.
- Carry out your request: receive the selected material and instructions, apply the chosen settings or template, manage the creative task, provide its status and make the result available to you.
- Operate the app: maintain relevant preferences, connect a request to the correct app-user record, administer access and explain the availability or status of a function.
- Administer a purchase: verify a transaction, deliver the associated benefit, correct a missing entitlement and reconcile a refund, reversal or payment dispute using the information relevant to that purchase.
- Answer and assist: investigate reported errors, respond to support messages, handle privacy and deletion requests, consider content reports and communicate necessary information about the service.
- Understand installation sources: use Adjust to identify the referral, campaign or channel that led to an installation. This purpose does not include sending it your creative work, analyzing feature use or tracking purchase events.
- Protect people and maintain reliability: diagnose faults, address security incidents, detect fraud or misuse, review reported content and take appropriate steps concerning breaches of our terms or other legal rights.
- Meet independent obligations: maintain necessary payment and accounting records, obtain professional advice, respond to valid legal requirements and establish, exercise or defend claims.
Aggregate or genuinely anonymous information can help us understand reliability and use. An identifier that is merely replaced or hashed may still be linkable to someone and is not necessarily anonymous. Statistics, diagnostics or investigations cannot be used to preserve a creation's content, metadata or links after its deadline. Separate records must be assessed by their own necessary purpose.
Legal grounds and required information
When the applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we identify it according to the activity and the information involved. This includes the data protection laws of other countries where they apply to you. Our United States business address does not displace protections that apply to people using the service elsewhere.
- Your requested service or steps before an agreement: the processing needed to carry out a creative request, supply a purchased benefit or provide assistance necessary to deliver what you asked for.
- Legitimate interests, where the law permits: maintaining a reliable service, diagnosing failures, preventing fraud, protecting people and systems and conducting necessary business administration. We balance those interests against your rights and do not use this basis to bypass a requirement for consent.
- A legal obligation: the information necessary for applicable accounting, tax, consumer protection or other legal duties, including responding to a binding requirement. Retention of independent records for such purposes does not extend the separate deadline for creation information.
- Consent: optional tracking, access to device information, communications or another activity for which the applicable law requires agreement. Consent relates to that activity; visiting this page, remaining silent or accepting unrelated terms is not treated as a general consent.
You may withdraw consent through the relevant available control or by contacting us. That changes the handling for which consent is required going forward without making earlier lawful processing unlawful. We explain if particular information is necessary to fulfill a request: for example, a creative function cannot process an input that you choose not to provide. Optional attachments and unrelated personal details are not required simply to ask for assistance.
If a new purpose requires an additional legal step or fresh agreement, editing a policy does not replace that requirement. You can ask which basis applies to a particular record or use, and exercise the applicable rights described below.
Adjust, browser storage and device permissions
Joybridge uses Adjust only for installation-source attribution. This tells us which referral, campaign or acquisition channel brought an installation to the app. The SDK handles technical information to establish that connection. Its use does not mean that a login is required, and the absence of a login does not make device-related attribution anonymous.
Subject to availability, applicable consent and privacy choices, attribution signals can include device or advertising identifiers, referrer and channel information, IP address, operating-system, app or SDK versions, and installation, first-open or session information needed for attribution. These technical signals can be transmitted from the device to Adjust to identify the installation's source, within the applicable limits.
We do not send Adjust any creation information, including prompts, uploaded media, generated results, task records, metadata or links to a creation. We do not send it support communications or reports, and do not use it for purchase-event tracking or analysis of your creative work. Attribution is separate from the self-hosted systems that generate your result.
Necessary attribution signals or results may be exchanged with connected acquisition channels through enabled integrations, subject to the consent and privacy choices that apply. You can use relevant device controls and contact us to request access, deletion, an objection or an applicable advertising opt-out. Limiting an advertising identifier does not automatically erase information previously received.
We handle requests concerning attribution carried out for Joybridge with the relevant provider. Independent attribution records follow the necessary attribution purpose and retention criteria described earlier in this notice. They contain no creation information and are subject to applicable privacy requests.
The website receives the requests needed to deliver pages and their assets. Your browser can cache pages, fonts and images for display. Our information website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Viewing its product illustrations does not upload a photo from your device or send a creative request to a generation model.
Browser controls and installed-app controls apply to different technologies. The app uses local and service records for its functions, and Adjust handles source-attribution information. A browser cookie setting does not automatically disable an app SDK. Likewise, clearing a local cache does not instruct our servers or providers to erase information already received.
Photos are made available through Android's system Photo Picker according to your selection. If an additional app function needs device permission, we request that permission when needed. You can refuse or change access using the controls Android provides; a function that depends on it may then be unavailable. Revoking access does not itself recall an earlier upload or replace a data-deletion request.
Where optional tracking or another activity needs separate consent, a device permission or acceptance of general terms does not automatically supply it. Contact us if you need help identifying the choice relevant to particular information. A link to Google Play, Adjust or another service leads to that provider's own terms and privacy notice, including its handling of information you supply directly to it.
Disclosures to providers and other recipients
A recipient receives information for a purpose explained in this notice, with access limited to what is relevant to that purpose. We do not sell personal information for money. Regional laws may also treat other exchanges or advertising-related disclosures as a sale or sharing; the rights sections explain the choices available when those rules apply.
- Service providers supporting hosting, storage, website delivery, communications, support and security may handle information necessary for the work they perform. Adjust receives the attribution signals described above. Such operational work is separate from our self-hosted generation and does not mean creative inputs or outputs are sent to an outside AI provider.
- Google Play and purchase-related services receive or supply relevant transaction, verification, entitlement, refund and dispute information to administer a purchase. A marketplace can also have independent responsibilities for its own payment or account records under its own privacy notice.
- Professional advisers, including legal, accounting, audit and insurance advisers, may receive the information necessary for advice, compliance, a claim or business administration. Relevant confidentiality obligations and purpose limits apply to their access.
- Courts, regulators, law enforcement and other legal or safety recipients may receive records when a valid requirement applies or disclosure is otherwise lawful to protect people, investigate abuse or establish, exercise or defend rights. These purposes do not authorize us to keep creation information after its deadline.
- In a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset transfer, relevant information may be examined or transferred with appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards. Required notice and existing privacy commitments continue to apply; changing the business's structure does not itself authorize a new use of personal information.
- A person you authorize can receive information at your instruction, including an authorized representative. You may also independently export or share a result. The recipient's handling of a copy you choose to share is outside our service, and deleting our records cannot recall that independent copy.
Providers acting on our behalf must handle information for authorized work with appropriate protection. Creation information held by those processors is subject to the same deadline and removal scope as information in our own systems. Independent marketplace records are distinguished from creation information rather than used as a reason to preserve a creative task.
Safeguards and where information is processed
We apply technical, organizational and administrative protections appropriate to the information and the risks. Information travelling between the app or website and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS with TLS. Access is restricted to people and systems with a relevant operational need, with authorized use limited to the purposes in this policy.
Security work includes reviewing operational providers, assessing failures and suspicious activity, investigating reports and responding to incidents. That work remains subject to the creation-data deadline. A security purpose does not create an unrestricted archive of uploaded material or the information associated with creative tasks.
No online service can guarantee that an incident, loss or unauthorized disclosure will never happen. We assess incidents and give notifications where applicable law requires them. This does not reduce our duty to use appropriate protections or respond to an identified problem.
Keep your device and store-account access secure. Report a suspected issue involving Joybridge to support@joybridge.cc with a short explanation and an available app or transaction reference. Leave out passwords, authentication codes and full payment details. If further information is needed to investigate, we explain what is relevant.
Our operator is based in the United States. Relevant information may be handled there or in other countries in which our infrastructure, Google Play, Adjust or operational providers process records. The company's postal address identifies the operator; it does not establish that every system or copy is located at that address or in one country.
Countries can provide different protections and legal access rules. We apply the transfer safeguards required by the laws governing the relevant information. Depending on the destination and circumstances, an appropriate mechanism may involve a recognized adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer basis. Use of the app is not blanket consent to every possible international disclosure.
The data protection laws of your country continue to govern relevant transfers when their scope covers the processing. Contact us for information about arrangements applying to your information and how to obtain a copy or description of safeguards, subject to protecting legitimate confidential details.
Moving information between locations does not change its purpose or lengthen the creation deadline. Processors handling information for us remain subject to the same removal commitment. Independent store or attribution records are handled under their own necessary purposes and must not contain creation information after that deadline.
Children and information requiring extra care
Use of Joybridge is subject to the age and permission requirements applicable to the user and the app. If local law permits use with a parent's or guardian's permission, that permission must be obtained first. Availability of a website or a creative tool does not allow a child to bypass a legal age restriction or a required parental choice.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable requirements. If we learn that information was obtained without a required permission or lawful basis, we take steps to stop that handling and remove it as required. A parent or guardian can contact us to raise a concern and seek review or deletion without sending unnecessary private material.
Creative tasks do not require unrelated identity documents, health records, private financial details or other sensitive information. Keep that material out of prompts, uploads and support attachments unless it is necessary for the specific matter. Consider people whose information appears in material you submit and obtain the permissions required for its use.
A recognizable face can be personal information even though Joybridge does not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identifiers. Avoid treating an image as anonymous simply because no name was attached. The same purpose, access, training and retention limits apply to information revealed by the image.
Chapter 3Your choices and rights
Asking us to remove app-user information
You can request deletion through Personal Settings in Joybridge or through our support email. These are independent routes: you can use email even if you still have the app, cannot open it or no longer have it installed. No registration, new login or app reinstallation is required to begin a request.
- In the app, open Personal Settings and select the deletion option. Read the information displayed and complete the confirmation. Save any available images or videos you want to retain before proceeding, since erased service information cannot be recovered from the deleted record.
- By email, write to support@joybridge.cc and say that you want your Joybridge app-user information deleted. Include an available app-user, creation or purchase reference that can help locate the records. If you do not have one, describe the situation. We explain any limited verification needed to protect another person's information.
- The scope includes the relevant app-user record, non-essential preferences, associated personal information and all remaining creation information across our systems and processors acting for us. Inputs, outputs, prompts, task details, settings, metadata, links, copies and backups are included alongside the visible result.
- Independent information needed for a justified payment, tax, dispute, support, security or attribution purpose may remain under the criteria above. It does not preserve creation content or links and is not used to continue ordinary use of an erased app-user record. We explain relevant retention and provide necessary deletion instructions to processors.
Routine deletion of creation information within the 24-hour limit does not depend on a request. Verifying a request cannot reset that clock. Erasing local app storage alone does not erase server records, and our deletion cannot remove files you independently exported or shared.
Deleting Joybridge information does not close your Google account, reverse a payment or automatically submit a refund claim. You can raise a purchase concern at the same time as requesting deletion; resolving that concern is not a prerequisite for removing your information. The purchase and deletion pages describe these separate processes.
Your information rights and how to use them
Contact support@joybridge.cc to exercise a privacy right. Which rights apply depends on the governing law, the information and the processing involved. Protections under another country's law are included when that law applies to you; the state sections below add information for eligible residents. A request does not require a Joybridge login.
- Access and explanation: ask whether information about you is processed, obtain an applicable copy and ask about the sources, purposes, recipients and criteria governing its handling.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate information or completion of information that is incomplete for its intended purpose.
- Erasure or restriction: ask for information to be deleted or its use limited, subject to lawful exceptions for independent necessary records. Those exceptions do not extend the routine deadline for creation information.
- Portability: where the right applies, receive information you supplied in an appropriate usable format or request transmission to another provider where technically feasible.
- Consent withdrawal: change a consent-based choice using the relevant available control or by contacting us, without invalidating processing that was lawful before the change.
- Advertising and profiling choices: exercise applicable rights concerning sale, advertising-related sharing, targeted advertising or profiling used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your right to object is distinct: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your circumstances. An applicable objection to direct marketing does not require you to justify a particular personal situation. We consider the objection under the rules governing the relevant purpose.
We may need limited information to identify the app-user, device, purchase or support records and verify your authority. An authorized representative may act where permitted, with evidence of authorization and any legally required verification. We avoid requesting unnecessary copies of sensitive content when an available reference can identify the issue.
We respond within the applicable legal period. If an exception, extension or legally permitted charge applies, we explain it and your options. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right. The ability to make a request is not conditioned on registering a new account or resolving an unrelated payment matter.
You may complain to the authority that handles privacy or consumer complaints where you live. In the United States this can include your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission; elsewhere, your national data protection or consumer authority. You can use an available regulator route without first completing an informal support exchange with us.
Browser preferences and legally recognized opt-outs
Some browsers offer a legacy Do-Not-Track preference. There is no uniform implementation of that preference across services, and we do not interpret it as an instruction to delete all Joybridge records, disable every installed SDK or withdraw every permission given in another context.
Legally recognized opt-out preference signals are a different matter. Where applicable law requires a valid signal such as Global Privacy Control to be honored for a relevant sale or sharing activity, we honor that requirement. The signal applies within the relevant browser, device or processing context; it does not necessarily identify every separate app installation or record associated with you.
You can also send an applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out to support@joybridge.cc. Explain which service or device records the request concerns and include an available reference. We will explain any limited information necessary to apply your choice, without asking you to create a login or send private credentials.
An advertising-related opt-out, a device identifier preference and a request to erase earlier records are separate controls. Limiting relevant future handling does not automatically delete necessary purchase records. The rights and deletion sections explain how to request the additional action that fits your concern.
California privacy rights
California privacy rights apply when the relevant law covers our processing, taking account of its thresholds, scope and exceptions. This section supplements the categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention criteria already described. Your rights depend on the information and processing concerned.
Relevant categories include identifiers such as app references, device information and a support email address; commercial information about purchases and benefits; technical and app activity information; and images, videos, prompts or correspondence you provide. The contents of creative material may reveal additional information. Sources include you, your use and device, Google Play and the attribution sources described above.
- Where applicable, ask to know and access personal information, including details about its collection, use and disclosure.
- Request correction of inaccuracies and deletion of information, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.
- Opt out of a qualifying sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and limit qualifying uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
- Act through an authorized agent under the required authorization and verification rules, and exercise protected choices without unlawful discrimination.
We do not exchange personal information for money. Broader California definitions can also cover other exchanges or advertising-related disclosures. If attribution information shared with an enabled acquisition channel falls within those definitions, an applicable opt-out is available through our contact address or a legally recognized preference signal. Relevant choices apply to those integrations.
Verification is proportionate to the request where required. If an exception prevents completion, we explain the reason and available options. You need not register for Joybridge to submit a request or resend sensitive material when the issue can be identified from an existing reference.
Virginia privacy rights and appeals
Eligible Virginia residents have the following rights where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies to our processing, subject to its scope and exceptions. The earlier sections describe the information and activities to which these rights relate.
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain access to it.
- Correct inaccurate information, request deletion and receive a portable copy where the law provides that right.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, a sale of personal data or profiling used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where the relevant activity and protection apply.
- Appeal our decision concerning a privacy request and exercise protected rights without unlawful discrimination.
Send your request to support@joybridge.cc. To appeal a decision, reply to the previous conversation or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. Identify the decision and explain what you believe should be reconsidered, using the earlier reference where available. We review the appeal and communicate the outcome and reasons within the applicable period.
If the appeal is denied, we provide the available way to contact the Virginia Attorney General about a complaint. Verification is limited to what is necessary to establish your authority and locate the relevant information. You do not need a Joybridge login, and reviewing an appeal does not delay routine removal of creation information.
Contact for privacy and content concerns
For access, correction, deletion, an advertising objection, a security concern or a question about information handling, email support@joybridge.cc. The responsible operator is BACKPACK TALENT, L.L.C., 1403 E Lantern Ln, Draper, 84020-5610, United States. The official Joybridge website is https://www.joybridge.cc.
Briefly describe the issue and include an available app-user, creation, transaction or previous support reference. A contact email allows us to reply; it is not a registered Joybridge login. Do not include store passwords, authentication codes, full financial details, unrelated identity documents or unnecessary copies of private creations.
For a harmful result or a concern about someone's rights, open the creation's detail page and use its report option. You can send the report inside Joybridge without leaving the app. Email is also available if you prefer or cannot use that route. Explain the concern and your connection to it without forwarding illegal material; we ask for further relevant details if needed.
The linked help pages provide practical instructions for deletion and support. A purchase question and a privacy request can proceed together. We distinguish their records and purposes rather than requiring a payment issue to be resolved before you can exercise a privacy right.
